Buffaloes on the road
Ronie : Dad, why don't we allow buffaloes to travel on our trains ?
Dad : We've already allowed them to roam on any main roads, we can't be further liberal, you know our problem........we have to accomodate all type of animals; cows, goats, camels, dogs etc. etc.
Ronie : But why have we allowed them on roads ?
Dad : Because they belong to our 'Vote-Banks', who we can't afford to make angry.
Ronie : What is Vote Bank ?
Dad : I don't know son.

I will tell you-vote bank is an instrument we borrow from guys like you, having fooled you for the last 63 yrs and will continue to do so.
