The sincere act of Ronie (7 year old naughty son of “Minister for Controlling Population”) always puts his Dad in trouble.
Today, he is waiting for his Dad at City Centre who’d address large gathering before election. Organizers see party’s bright future in Ronie and therefore wanna give a chance to him who can keep crowd intact till his Dad arrives. Ronie is given mike to speak.
All of a sudden, Ronie makes announcement on behalf of his Dad. Upon this, crowd start making queue……..yes, a very long queue is formed within no time…….all joined…….rich, poor, officers, MLAs, MPs, cops present there and people from all caste, community…….. Media is doing its job…….covering everything……they always look for something unusual and Ronie gives them an opportunity.
Crowd is increasing every minute…….more security forces rushed in to control mob who are chanting “we want Ronie……we want Ronie……….” for the announcement he has just made. A military platoon has just arrived………but the crowd is uncontrollable.
Rickshawalaas, Shopkeepers, Subjiwalas, Coolies flocked in. Ronie’s Dad arrives but crowd won’t let him in, even he has to come in queue………only queue, queue and queue……..nobody can enter without queue. People are shouting, “register me first”………looks like stampede is gonna take place soon.
Dad (somehow manages to go near organizer and shouts) : What’s this going on ?
Organizer : Sir, Ronie has just made an important announcement on your behalf.
Dad (shouting) : Idiot, who allowed him to speak before crowd…….anyway, what was it ?
Organizer : Sir, he asked crowd to register their name for Family Planning Operation so that your department pay Rs.25,000/- per case.”
