But there are many places that need drains but do not have a proper one! May be we should show "greedy civil engineers" where to dig one!
Ronie : Dad I can see drains being constructed even at places where there is no rain at all. Greedy Civil engineers are not only sucking public money, but are also damaging the earth. Why is it Dad ?
