Minister of Health is having dinner (with his 8 years old naughty son Ronie) and watching TV. Suddenly news flashes about a former RAW official who tried to undress before a High Court judge against frequent adjournments.
Ronie : Dad, you are as good as nothing, people don’t get justice in time, don’t you know "justice delayed is justice denied" ?
Dad : I am not responsible for this….talk to your Uncle who is a Minister for Justice.
Ronie : No……..you are responsible for this.
Dad : How’z that possible, don’t you know I hold Ministry of Health ?
Ronie : You are clearly responsible…..let me explain.........large number of cases are pending in Courts because of large number of cases registered daily and this is due to large population this country has. Since controlling of population is within your Ministry, therefore you are solely responsible for unfortunate incidence that took place today.

Departments though assigned with different jobs but their responsibilities are inter-dependent. Slackness of one particular deptt. could cause another to underperform, that's what I want to convey. Thanks for visiting.
