Single Window Clearance

Ronie, the 6 yrs. old naughty son of Raja (a Minister) is studying at home. He is to take part in a Debate tomorrow in school but while preparing, stuck up; seeks Dad’s help.

Ronie : Dad……..What is “Single Window Clearance” ?

Dad : Good question dear. Under this concept, Government has minimized the burden of bidders who earlier, used to run from pillar to post for various approvals. Now with “single window clearance” the projects are cleared speedily at single counter.

Ronie : But who monitors things ?

Dad : It is monitored at Highest level; Secretary or even at Minister’s level depending upon the nature/importance of the project.

Ronie : You mean to say that no Clerk can delay the file for bribe etc.?

Dad : You are right……..good boy.

Ronie : I got it…….pay at one place and get things done speedily like 2G.
