Why ban Japanese stuff ?

Ronie (the 7 year old naughty son of Minister of Adulteration) is watching TV at home with his Dad who had just put all food imports from Japan under compulsory radiation check.

Ronie : What difference would that make?

Dad : It will save us from the ill-affects of radiation….after-all, it is a matter of health of our countrymen.

Ronie : Ok, but what about other contaminated / adulterated eatables that our people consume in daily life ?

Dad : What do you wanna say ?

Ronie : Our Hotels, Restaurants, Dhabas across the country have been selling filthy foods, cooked in low grade oil sometimes even using drainage water, ugly looking unshaved waiters serving food with dirty hands etc. etc. This is going on for last many centuries n people enjoying it with great taste. Rats, lizards, bees, ants, mosquitoes do form a part of our food that is served on Trains, Airlines regularly. Hundreds of complaints, hues and cries made against it is hardly any matter of concern for our authorities.

Dad : What nonsense ?

Ronie : Even if our intention is sincere, do we have the capacity to detect radiation on imported foods when Japanese are struggling hard to contain it (their caliber is well known to rest of the world) ?

Dad : Of course, we do have that.

Ronie : I doubt…..we have been consuming adulterated Food, Butter, Ghee, Sweets, polluted water; cold drinks having chemicals more than prescribed limit etc. etc. since long. Adulteration has rather made us strong; it increased our resistance level to a great extent. Therefore, I am of the opinion that no contamination of any kind in this world can harm us……..So Dad, please don’t ban any eatables from any part of the world.

Dad : SHUT UP
