Ronie (the naughty son of “Minister for Regularisation of Unauthorised Encroachments”) is on a trip to his village during summer vacations. He is happy to be in a village. Gets up early morning and goes to see his field and is very happy to see greenery all over. He notices some unusual; a wall is being constructed around his field and when he tries to enter, he is not allowed to go inside. On enquiring, he is replied that it no more belongs to his Dad but to someone named Pahalwan Singh.

Sadly, Ronie returns home wondering how can anyone take their field like this. He makes a call to his Dad but he’d not attend, Ronie tries again and again but all in vein. Infact, his Dad was busy in some function held in Delhi by the Department. Finally Ronie gives up. Next day, his Dad calls back.

Dad : How are you my son ?

Ronie : I’m fine Dad, Yesterday I was trying to get you but couldn’t.

Dad : Anything serious……….I’m sorry, I was quite busy whole day. Yesterday we had a Camp to regularize unauthorized encroachments, you know Elections are fast approaching. I had to sign lot of papers, I cleared all pending files. Anyway how is your trip………I hope you are enjoying…….visited our field ?

Ronie : Yes……..but I was not allowed to go inside.

Dad : Why ?

Ronie : Someone named Pahalwan Singh is constructing wall around our field and his armed men are guarding the same, they did not allow me to go inside.

Dad : What……………. ?

Ronie : And Dad………they also told that their case is pending with Ministry which would be cleared in a Special Camp very soon.

Dad : Oh My God…….(fearing, he might have cleared this file too yesterday by mistake)……wait, let me check on my PC……. (after a while)...... Oh No……I regularized my own field in favour of Pahalwan Singh without any scrutiny…….nothing can be done now. SLUMPS.

Ronie : Hellow Dad.........are you alright (but there is no response).
