Ronie the 7 yrs. old naughty boy is at dinner with his Dad (a Cabinet Minister) and watching TV. Suddenly news flashes that Tahawwur Hussain Rana is acquitted by a US Court on the count of support to the Mumbai terrorist attacks. Dad suddenly looks pale, instructs something to his Officer on cell.
Ronie : Why are you worried Dad ?
Dad : How can they let him go scot free ?
Ronie : That’s none of our business, he was tried according to US laws.
Dad : We’d have treated him with harsher punishment had he been tried here.
Ronie : And awarded him capital punishment, right ?
Dad : Exactly !
Ronie : Bullshit………….as far as I remember, there are dozens of criminals awaiting presidential assent on their execution enjoying Chicken and Biryani daily praising our slow system; with this, even hanging Kasab and Afzal Guru may take decades.
