Ronie the 7 yrs. old naughty boy is talking to his Dad (Minister of Transport) at Dinner :-
Dad : How was your school today ?
Ronie : Fine Dad……had an Essay Competition.
Dad : On………..?
Ronie : Pollution by two wheelers.
Dad : I see.
Ronie : We students are planning to stage a demonstration before your Ministry.
Dad : What for……..we don’t create pollution ……..just give a re-think (laughs).
Ronie : No Dad……..your department is responsible for whole mess.
Dad : How ?
Ronie : Since long, oil experts have been asking your Ministry to increase the fleet of mass Public Transport so that usage of petrol is minimized and congestion on the road is eased which in turn would save precious foreign currency also. Can you deny the fact that today we meet 75 percent of our oil requirement through imports.
Dad : Yes it is true.
Ronie : Then it is clear that there is some nexus between your Ministry and producers of two-wheelers to go slow as far as adding fleet of vehicle for Public Transport is concerned.
Dad : SHUT UP I DON’T SEND YOU SCHOOL TO LEARN ALL THIS.
